Most non-customized orders ship next business day. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for monogram order processing in addition to the shipping time estimate. We are unable to edit or cancel any orders after they are placed.

Please note that all shipping time estimates are not guaranteed. Other shipping methods are available at checkout for an extra charge. Expedited shipping orders receive prioritization for customization processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International shipping is available for Canada. USPS first class international transit time can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the speed of customs at the time of arrival. USPS priority international can take up to 2 weeks. We do not have any visibility into the status of a package once it leaves the United States. Please use the USPS tracking number in your local post carrier's website to get accurate arrival estimate. Please note that there may be additional import fees or duties on your end that Nice Laundry is unable to cover.

New to Nice Laundry? We know that getting the right fit and feel is important.

If it's your first order with us, please try on a single pair of socks or underwear (slim fit boxers, boxer briefs). If you don't love it, simply send the rest of the items back to us within 30 days and we will process a full refund. All items must be unworn and in their original condition/packaging. No need to send back the pair you tried on. Customer is responsible for return shipping on the unworn items. Shipping charge is not refundable.

• Limit 1 use per household for 1 item only.
• Excludes loungewear, monogram and/or embroidered products.
• We will subtract $16 from the refund if you do not return the free gift promotion item.

RETURNS

What we accept
Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging (for underwear and loungewear, that’s the plastic bag they arrived in), within 30 days of your purchase date.

Exchanges
Processed as a return plus a new order.

Mix-and-match offers
Curate Your Essentials, Start Fresh, and Ringer Tee Trio orders need at least 3 items to qualify for the discount. You keep the discount as long as you keep at least 3 items from the offer. For example, if you bought 4, you can return 1 and keep the discount. Return 2, and the discount will be deducted from your refund.

First order?
You can keep the pair of socks or underwear (boxer brief, slim fit boxer, or brief) you tried on, per our 100% Gamechanger Guarantee.

HOW TO RETURN

Please email hello@nicelaundry.com with your return request to get started.

You’re responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 business days from your return delivery to our warehouse for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Note: Returns that show visible wear or arrive without original packaging won’t be accepted, and we can’t send them back to you.
